chicken taco casserole

i miss this dish. i used to make it all the time, and i haven't made it in awhile due to my son's milk allergy...but its so simple, and really great!

chicken taco casserole
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans boneless chicken (or about 2 cups of chopped/cooked chicken)
1 small can evaporated milk
1 small can green chilies
1 dozen flour (or corn) tortillas
1-2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

mix first five ingredients. tear tortillas into bite size pieces and stir into the mix. place in a greased 9x13 dish and sprinkle with cheese. bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min until bubbly.
serve with tortilla chips!!
