cornbread casserole

this is a must-have at our family get-togethers...and a great side for any meal!

1 box Jiffy cornbread
1 stick butter - softened
1 can cream corn
1 can corn - drained
8 oz. sour cream (optional: i leave it out so the rest is milk-free for ian)

mix it all together and pour into greased 9x13. bake on 350 degrees for 30-35 min....until a tooth pick comes out clean!
