i used bits and pieces of several different recipes to create one for my personal taste. (thick and cheesy!) super delicious....
macaroni and cheese
1 (16oz) box of pasta shells
16 oz block of velveeta
1 c. milk
1 c. colby/monteray jack cheese (about 6-8oz)
2 T. flour
2 T. butter
cook shells and drain. slowly melt cheese and remaining ingredients over low heat. (like on 3 or 4...if its too high, the cheese burns and doesn't taste good!!) stir a lot!
once cheese is melted...pour over shells and mix thoroughly....
